Tax Returns & SARS Compliance
Personal and company tax returns — ITR12, IT14 and IRP6 provisional tax — prepared, checked and submitted for you.
Tax season should be a formality, not an annual crisis. When the bookkeeping has been done properly through the year, a return is mostly confirmation — and that is exactly how we like to run it.
We prepare and submit personal and company returns, keep your provisional tax estimates realistic so you are not blindsided in February, and deal with SARS correspondence on your behalf.
What’s included
- Personal income tax returns (ITR12) for individuals and sole proprietors
- Company income tax returns (IT14)
- Provisional tax calculations and IRP6 submissions (both periods)
- Review of your SARS eFiling profile and outstanding returns
- Handling SARS verification requests and supporting documents
- A clear explanation of what you owe or are owed, before anything is submitted
Returns filed accurately and on time, with no nasty February surprise and no unanswered SARS letters sitting in a drawer.
Who this is for
- Sole proprietors and freelancers
- Company directors and provisional taxpayers
- Anyone with outstanding returns or an unhappy SARS status
Questions about tax returns & sars compliance
When is the deadline for personal income tax returns?
SARS publishes filing season dates each year. Non-provisional individual taxpayers usually have until late October, while provisional taxpayers have until January of the following year. We confirm your exact deadline when we take you on, and we work well ahead of it.
I have not filed for a few years. Can you help?
Yes, and you are far from the first. We work out exactly which returns are outstanding, reconstruct what is needed, and bring your eFiling profile back to compliant — usually so you can get a tax clearance certificate again.
Do you handle SARS audits and verifications?
We handle verification requests and supporting-document submissions as part of the service. For a full-scale audit or dispute we will tell you honestly when a registered tax practitioner or tax attorney should be brought in.
