Questions about monthly bookkeeping
What do you need from me each month?
Your bank statements, supplier invoices, sales invoices and slips. Most clients simply share a folder or forward everything by email or WhatsApp as it comes in — there is no formal process to learn.
Which accounting software do you work in?
We work in Xero, Sage and QuickBooks. If you already have a subscription we work in yours; if you are starting fresh we will recommend the option that fits your business and set it up for you.
Do I need to be in Krugersdorp to use you?
No. We are based in Krugersdorp and know the West Rand well, but the work is done remotely, so we look after clients anywhere in South Africa. In-person meetings can be arranged on request.
